Key Features
Voice Library
Access a range of professionally-crafted voices. Use filters to quickly find the perfect voice for your project: filter by tone (calm, emotional, etc.), age, gender, and use case (narration, assistant, commercial, etc.). This makes it easy to find the right sound for any task, from videos and stories to podcasts and presentations.
Voice Cloning
Create a unique custom voice based on your own recording. Upload an audio file (up to 5 minutes long) and the system will train your voice, which you can then use to voice any text you like. This is especially useful if you want to maintain your own communication style or voice projects with a client’s, character’s, or persona’s voice.
Getting Started
For Beginners
- Use the pre-made voices from the library. Use the filters to find the best fit: tone, age, gender, and use case (e.g., a neutral voice for an assistant or an emotional one for stories).
- Experiment with short pieces of text (under 125 characters) to hear how the voice sounds and whether it suits the task.
For Experienced Users
- Clone your own voice (or a client’s) for a personalized touch. This is particularly beneficial for branded videos, corporate materials, or character voiceovers.
- Generate voiceovers using different voices to compare delivery styles, select the most expressive tone, and tailor the speech to your specific audience.
Best Practices
- Use short, simple sentences — models perform best with concise phrases.
- Break your text into logical paragraphs for a more natural flow.
- Test multiple voices — timbre, rhythm, and diction can vary significantly.
- Add emotion and change intonation if the model supports it (e.g., a question, surprise).
- Avoid overloading sentences with numbers and lists — break them down into separate lines.
Use Cases
- Educational Video Voiceovers — Clear delivery for instructions and guides.
- Business Videos — Calm, neutral intonation for presentations and pitches.
- Narrative Inserts — Voiceover for storytelling or video diaries.
- Character Voiceovers — A voice that fits the style and character of an avatar.
- Audio for Social Media — Short lines, announcements, scenes, or skits.
