1. What’s included in each Workroom plan?

Each plan includes a monthly credits allowance that can be used across all generation tools — images, videos, voiceovers, lip sync, and avatar training. The higher the plan, the more credits you receive.

2. Can I try Workroom before subscribing?

Yes. After signing up, you’ll get 200 trial credits to explore image, video, and audio generation before choosing a paid plan.

3. What happens when I run out of credits on a paid plan?

If you run out of credits, you can upgrade your plan — you’ll instantly receive the difference in credits between your current plan and the new plan. The full credit package for the new plan will renew on your next billing date.

If the Professional plan isn’t enough for your needs, contact us — we’ll create a custom offer for you.

4. Do unused credits roll over to the next month?

No — monthly credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. If you think you’ll need more, we recommend upgrading your plan.

5. Can I switch plans?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately after the switch.

Please note: if you downgrade, any unused credits from your previous plan will be lost.

6. Can I use my generated content commercially?

A commercial usage license is included only with Standard and Professional plans. The Starter plan includes a UGC (non-commercial) license.

7. How is credit usage calculated?

Each generation type has a fixed credit cost. You’ll always see the full credit cost before generating anything.

8. Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes — you can cancel anytime in your account settings. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
