Account Settings

What Is This Section?

The Settings → Profile section is your hub for managing your account information.

Here, you can:

  • Change your username and profile picture.
  • Update your email and password (if you signed up with an email address).
  • View your active plan and credit balance.
  • Delete your account if you no longer wish to use the service.

General Account Settings

To access these settings, go to Settings → Profile.

This page displays all your key information:

  • Username — the name visible within the interface and when sharing assets.
  • Email — your email address for login and receiving notifications.
  • Password — hidden, but available for update.
  • Current Plan — your active subscription plan.
  • Credits — your current credit balance, including:
    • Credits included with your subscription.
    • Additional credits (compute packs) purchased separately.

💡 All credits — both those included with your subscription and any additional ones you purchase — are drawn from a single balance and displayed as one total.

🔄 From here, you can also quickly switch plans or top up your balance using the View Plan Details and Add Credits buttons.

Changing Your Email and Password

⚠️ These features are only available to users who signed up with an email address. If you signed up or log in using Google, you will not be able to change your email or password.

How to Change Your Email

  1. Go to Settings → Profile.
  2. Click the ✏️ icon next to the Email field.
  3. Enter your new email address and confirm it — a confirmation email will be sent to you.
  4. Click the link in the email to complete the change.

💡 If you don’t receive the email, please check your Spam and Promotions folders.

How to Change Your Password

  1. Go to Settings → Profile.
  2. Click the ✏️ icon next to the Password field.
  3. Enter:
    • Your current password.
    • Your new password.
    • Confirm your new password.
  4. Click Save Changes.

🔐 You will then use your new password to log in.

Deleting Your Account

If you no longer wish to use Workroom, you can permanently delete your account.

Warning: Account deletion is irreversible. Upon deletion, the following will be permanently removed:

  • All generated assets.
  • Your history and settings.
  • Your subscription and credits (any remaining balance will not be refunded).

How to Delete Your Account

  1. Go to Settings → Profile.
  2. Click the Delete Account button (located in the bottom right corner).
  3. Confirm the deletion in the pop-up window.
