This guide explains how credits, payments and subscriptions work in Workroom.
When You Start
When you create an account, you receive 200 trial credits.
They work for any type of generation: images, videos, voiceovers, face swap, lip-sync and more.
Trial credits remain active for 30 days or until they’re fully used.
Credits
Credits are the currency used for all generations in Workroom.
You always see the exact credit cost on the Generate button before starting.
Credits are deducted the moment a generation begins.
If it ends with an error, the same credits are automatically returned.
In Account → Credit History, you can track:
- credits returned after errors
- what was generated and how many credits it used
- monthly credit additions
- credits that reached the end of their validity period
- adjustments after plan changes
Subscription
A subscription gives you:
- a monthly credit allowance
- access to features included in your plan
- on some plans — unlimited usage of selected generation types (such as TTS, image face swap, lip-sync, video face swap)
Your subscription activates immediately after checkout.
You receive your monthly credits and all plan features right away.
Unlimited tools included in your plan stay available as long as your subscription remains active — even if your credit balance reaches zero.
*Unlimited TTS and Lip-Sync apply only to Workroom’s own models and do not extend to external providers.
Payment Methods
You can pay for your subscription using major payment cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express and others supported in your region.
The checkout page automatically displays the payment form available for your country and currency.
After each payment, you’ll receive an email receipt and can download your invoice in Subscription → Payment History.
Monthly Subscription Renewal
Your subscription renews every month on your billing date.
At each renewal:
- new monthly credits are added
- credits from the previous month that reached the end of their validity period expire
- all plan features continue without interruption
Your billing date is shown in the Subscription.
Upgrading Plan
If you run out of credits, you can upgrade your plan at any time.
Upgrading gives you:
- immediate access to the additional credits of the higher plan
- access to its advanced features and unlimited tools
- a charge equal only to the price difference between the plans
- the same monthly billing date moving forward
On your next renewal, you’ll receive the full monthly credit amount of the upgraded plan.
If you already use the highest tier and still need more credits, contact us — we can set up a custom plan for you.

Downgrading or Canceling Plan
You can lower your plan level or stop auto-renewal at any time.
Switching to a lower plan
- The new plan activates immediately.
- All remaining credits from the previous plan burn at the moment of downgrade.
- Starter is the lowest available plan.
Stopping auto-renewal
- Your current plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
- All features and credits remain available during this time.
- When the paid period ends, the subscription expires and any remaining credits from that period burn.
Your Assets Always Stay Accessible
Everything you create — images, videos, voiceovers and other outputs — remains available in your workspace regardless of your plan or subscription status.
You can view and download your assets at any time, even after your plan expires.
